How does this differ from just emailing the PDF from DocuWare?
DocuWare's native email sends the document itself. AvaMeta Sheet generates an enriched cover page with all your index fields and line-item tables, then merges it with the original — so the recipient sees the booking context, not just the file.
Do recipients need a DocuWare login?
No. The recipient gets a standard PDF in their inbox. Nothing to install, nothing to log into.
Which DocuWare editions does it work with?
DocuWare Cloud and on-prem DocuWare with API access. We confirm the technical fit before contract signing.
What's included in the €1,450?
Azure Function deployment, PDF-merge layout for one document type, mail dispatch configuration, test runs, and go-live. Additional document types or layouts are quoted separately.
